One of the hardest things I have ever had to do.

Breeding and raising animals always comes with the risk of having to end a life that has lost its quality. To bring up the strength and set your own feelings aside to do the ride thing is a noble trait. Not everybody can do it.

You tough guys do what has to be done. No one ever said though it was easy on you. My husband is like. We caught a possum in a trap. Ugly possum, easy kill. Yea not so much because he didn't notice the tiny tails sticking out. So the next time the trap was set it was a mamma coon and her babies. We drove out literally to the middle of no where. No houses for at least several miles. He had to rig the stupid trap to let out the momma and her babies without us getting bit. He got made fun of by my dad but he said he didn't care. After the possum babies he just wasn't up to killing more. To him didn't matter what kind of baby it was. It was a baby and so he had to protect it. He then stomps off for a walk on his own.

Sorry you had to do the necessary deed but thank you for doing it.
