One small egg my girls okay?

So for the past two weeks we have had our girls lay eggs one egg a day they alternate today we got a smaller one is everything okay with them? Photos included. Thank you in advance with the help our first year with chickens. Also side question we have two ducks same age as my chickens 19 weeks when will they start laying eggs? We also have six younger hens age 14 weeks could they have laid it? We do free range in our backyard.

I don't know when ducks start to lay but 12 weeks is too young for them to start laying unless you're seeing really red combs and wattles.
