I think it's 10-14 days or maybe even more. I've been known to throw them in the bator longer than that.

She is very saddened and hurt. I hope she comes back. I have talked to her and she is a very sweet person.

I just think we all need to remember that the person sending the eggs has 2 weeks to send them. If you are looking for a faster shipment, go through the BST or the 24 hour auction.

I received some eggs today in the mail from someone on the crazy egg chain swap, it was the worst packing job I have ever seen. None of the eggs made it they were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and put in the box with nothing to support them. I would like to think that everyone on the egg swap realizes that the eggs we swap are not free we give our eggs to someone and pay shipping and make sure that they are shipped in a way that the recipient gets them undamaged (time consuming). We are very good shippers as are most, but this is the second time we have been duped like this, this time is the worst. EVERYONE involved in the swap should take the time to pack eggs so they will arrive safely thank you

I know I pack our eggs the same way for the swap that I pack them for our auction, and the worst that I have heard this year is that someone received their box covered in oil or something, but they never said how the eggs were.

I always wrap my egg the best I can . I ahve to replace some eggs that went out on the 4th and didnt make it til today !!!! what is going on with the PO???

This had nothing to do with the po I have always had prompt delivery, 90% of eggs we receive are packed very well from eggbid users and egg swap but our last 2 were terrible

Glad to see that you're back Seramaland. I still need your address to ship the button eggs. I'm sorry to hear about your eggs.

A set of eggs that was sent to me never developed, most had broken air cells. I don't hold that one against the seller though, as the shells were all perfect.

As have I... that is until about 2 weeks ago. If you have noticed, the estimated arrival time for Priority Mail is now 4-5 days. I know you have probably heard it before, but once the seller has packaged the eggs and they are dropped off at the PO, the seller no longer assumes responsibility for how they the USPS takes to deliver the package. Now, the seller should accept responsibility for poor packaging. In some cases, no matter how well they are packaged, they still get damaged (externally and internally). As with any egg sales, there are no guarantees. I've learned to accept that fact and just keep on rolling.

Now, with that said, have you contacted the seller privately about the issue? In the future, that should be the first thing you do before doing so publically. Also, after a resolution has been made, leave appriopriate, unbiased feedback. If there is anything I can do to help you, please let me know.
