Only thing is I think it all depends on the ppl you get. Like our little PO here. They know us by name and they always take really good care of my eggs. While on the other hand my UPS Driver is so-so. He has been prone to throwing packages over my fence because he didnt want to open the gate. One day he hung/tied a package to our electric fence. We havent figured out why he did that but I am sure it did not feel good! He tosses them on the top of my jeep sometimes---so he doesnt have to walk to the door. Normally I am home so its not an issue but he does not take as much care as my mail lady does but then again she is great!!
As far as packages being destroyed, I had some metal trays that I ordered that UPS managed to destroy. They were all bent up and messed up. I had no problems getting them replaced though. I am not sure who ate the cost for replacing them whether it was UPS or the company I bought them from.
So I guess it just depends on who the person is handling your stuff what kind of shape it is in when you get it.
