Yes, you have been on Vacation.....but, I think you should have sent the eggs you owed out, BEFORE you went on vacation. Or, at least PM'd the ones you still owed eggs to, explaining they would be at your mercy, as to when you felt like shipping their eggs to them....since you were going to be on vacation, and all.

True, you are not trading, at present.
BUT, you are back from vacation, and once again, watching the thread, and posting the popcorn smiley. So, one would believe you are actively watching the thread again, waiting to accept an offer. As a common courtesy, for future offers from you...and, as a courtesy to those who already have your Leghorn eggs, I think you would care enough to post the pics of your birds. That way we would know what quality of birds, we are agreeing to hatch and raise.
It's also part of the rules on this thread. "Please post a pic if you have one it will help your egg move."

Then again, I understand, some know nothing of common courtesy.

First off don't make snide comments questioning my "common courtesy". Secondly, I've not posted the popcorn smiley as I am not currently trading....get the facts correct.

First off, I am a grown Woman, and do will and say, as I please.
Secondly, snide/snīd/Adjective 1. Derogatory or mocking in an indirect way: "snide remarks". 2. (of a person) Devious and underhanded.
I was not being snide, as I was anything but indirect, with my remarks. You knew, I was talking about YOU.
YOU do not have the common courtesy, to post pics, of YOUR birds.

If you get an attitude or no response whatever, after three days or something, I would open claim with ebay and or paypal. It is not a shipping issue when it is the eggs themselves.

Just a little input on Ebay and Paypal policy for my experience . . . . you can file a complaint but its up to the seller to issue the refund. Paypal will automatically refund your money if you show proof that you returned the item with a tracking number and it was delivered back to the seller. I know thats hard to do with eggs and paypal just don't grasp that. Shipped eggs fall under that buyer beware risk. We're all at risk on both sides of the fence.

Puff This is the box I gotten in not long ago. I did a side trade and sent the lady around 6 doz duck eggs from both my Muscovys and Cayugas. Sent in 4 different boxes all made it great she said n ot one was fertile and had to throw all of them away Right ....

anyway she sent me 3 doz BBS Opringtons
In her auction its says she insures not this box plus its not wonder they didnt make it . Got 7 eggs out of the 3 doz that made it. She siad the only way she would sent me more is if I pay for shipping since shes not getting anything out of it. I called the swap off

Oh! I'm sorry! I'm not talking about your egg shipping mess! I was referring to the other drama taking place on the thread. Whoever sent you those eggs needs to be stoned!!!!!! Did you buy them off of ebay?

Nevermind, i just reread your post and see that it was a side trade.

Just for future reference, if you ever buy eggs from ebay and pay for them thru paypal and they show up looking like that - close the box back up, tape all the cracks and edges up to hold it all in and send them back. It will cost you returned postage but that may be a lot less than the costs of the eggs. File a complaint with paypal and give them the return delivery confirmation #. Once paypal confirms the eggs have arrived back to the original destination they will refund your money 100% including shipping.
