Only one egg daily in a four hen flock

I don't count the hours of sunlight my birds get each day.
I don't have added light on them and they are all laying daily.

They are not housed inside.

All of my birds lay in the late afternoon.
 
The more you keep changing things in your small flock the longer it will take for all of the females to lay regularly.

Does this include letting them out of the hutch? Should I merely feed and water them daily? How often should I clean the hutch? (it has a sand floor and I scoop it like cat litter).
