Couple or three of those hens look like Welsummers, they can lay much later than other breeds 6-8 months or more.
Be patient, IMO don't deworm unless you know you have a worm problem, certainly not just because they haven't laid yet.
They can take up to a month after starting to lay to get it down pat, there will be some skipped days and maybe some weird eggs.
