Things would be clearer if it was, I thought it was one at first, it was the reason I started looking at that dropping in the first place, then I noticed those weird black things. I’m hoping those are worms.
They don’t pull apart like mucous would, but they don’t look like any kind of worms I find online, but I’m no expert. I don’t know what they are.

I found one or two of those in his next dropping, but none in his droppings since.

I haven’t seen anymore of those black things in his droppings since. His symptoms are better, but still there.
His open mouthed breathing are definitely connected to his stomach issues, he only does it when he has swallowing issues after eating.

His gut sounds like it’s moving sand too.

He just vomited this yellow slime everywhere.

And his droppings look like this

I’m think this could be sour crop/ Candida now. It would explain why his droppings sometimes smell like cooked cauliflower, or I guess you could say sauerkraut.
