Not particularly fond of 'possums, but thank for not killing them and releasing them back into the woods!

I'm glad you released the possums and what a great dog!! I always think it is such a waste, especially to see hit deer on the side of the road. I would take them if I hit one, or saw one hit. I think also that it would be great if maybe the police or someone could alert volunteers from a food bank to take deer that no one wants when they are hit. That way the deer didn't give its life for nothing.

Dang...thats wack that you picked one up. I was at my grandparents house one night and a possum was out killing their baby kittens so i grabbed my 12 gauge shotgun and shot him from really close and when i reached down to pick it up it bit me and i had to get the rabies vaccine. Do any of ya'll know what that consists of? If not and you would like to know, just ask, i've told it plenty of times and one more is no problem.

and hey mdbucks, I too and from the south, south texas to be exact, and nobody eats possum down here.....

The opossums on your pictures don't seem very happy

They aren't too happy. They are wild and I picked them up and disturbed their dinner.

The big one was really pi$$ed, un haven't seen him again.

Some never come back, some do for the cat food, but atleast they don't bother my chickens.
