Hmm, that's interesting. I think the man was also selling cuckoo Marans and other Marans so that's a possibility. They're looking good.
The blue one, might be a Blue Marans though.
It probably accidentally been added to the Orpington chicks, which happens.H

Thank you now it remains to know the otherI see one cockerel as far as I can tell, & it looks to be the partridge colored one you're describing.
I’m a newbie to all of this! Each of my family members purchased their own fav breed of chickens. I opted for the Orpington! Our local hatchery sold out of this breed super fast so I bought from a local breeder. My four are suppose to be all Orpington- Two buffs and two lavenders. They also sold a variety of other Orpingtons. They are still only 1 week but I’m unsure if two of them are fully Orpington. I guess time will tell. Here they are!

Cute, & looks very curious.I got my first orpington today! I got it as a freebie when I went to buy a brahma pullet and the lady selling wanted to send them together because they're best friends she wasn't entirely sure what this little guy was though so I'm hoping someone can help me. Is this a boy or a girl? 2 months old
