Ostrich Farm

So, back to my main questions, How do I take care of these ostriches since there will be a lot of them. And how do i train them, I have to have trained ostriches so they don't try to kill me or anyone else.

The only thing I can offer is that I'd be more that happy to run the kitchen to feed all these workers...
And as far as rebellious workers.. shhhh.....feed em to the ostriches...
