Anyone ready to hunt Easter eggs? You don't even have to color these! All but one of these are from today, I added the brown freckled egg on the right hand side is from yesterdays collection, because it's just so pretty! Pearl one of my EE's has finally started laying again. Her eggs are more green in color than Penny's eggs. This is the first time she's laid an egg since she was sick with Coccidiosis, I'm so happy as I feel like she is fully healed now!

I will be having whatever is in the refer. Chicken strips breaded, and pan-fried. Plus roughage,,,, (vegetables ) Justa aint gots no beeeeef
I did get creative and baked a yummy bread yesterday.

That is a lovely loaf of bread Cavey!!! It probably tastes better than my corned beef will... So glad you didn't cut yourself...lol!

Happy accident. I just added the cabbage to our crockpot.

I'm doing mine a little different this year...it's not a traditional Corned Beef, I'm going to braise it in the oven and serve it with sauteed cabbage! Hubs doesn't really care for the seasoning of the traditional, so we will see how he likes this!

I made it today for the first time! I felt like I needed to do something traditional for St. Paddy’s since no festival or parade for two years now. And DH doesn’t do the St Paddy’s bar crawl anymore (hubby is too old for that crap, lol).
I liked it! Hubby not so much.

I know, they make my heart happy! I'm still not sure who is laying the pink one! One of my girls is laying a white egg, I don't have any white layers, so someone has run out of ink...
