My Barnevelder was by far one of my favorites, if not my favorite. She had a great personality and very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Is she one that you lost? I'm trying to remember what happened.
I hope I can get a couple! Some of the online stores are completely sold out of the hens I want & the ones that do have them are asking over $20 & I've even seen over $30...just crazy!

Yes she is the one I lost to a fox! I know the prices are going way up. I looked at ordering some more chickens from Meyer Hatchery and i was shocked at their prices this year. I hope you can get some!

Hi Debby! I'm glad I got to pop in! Classes will be done for the semester fairly soon then ill have more free time to be on BYC

She's doing really well. Working on smiling more constantly now. It's just the sweetest! She has a 2 month check up this week. I'm curious what she weighs.. guessing about 9 lbs.

I was thinking it was something like that, I just couldn't remember. I'm sorry, it's very sad to lose them like that.
I will be getting the Legbars & BLRW from someone about an hour away, otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to get any. That's probably all I'm getting this year.
