The formula that I ordered for the kits arrived today, the nipples were definitely not small enough, so I tried a dropper and they weren't interested in that either! I then took the mama and laid her on her back, my husband brought the underfed babies and we placed them on her tummy, that worked, she didn't like it very much, but it worked! I don't know if she has enough milk, but I'm hoping if we do this each day, supply and demand will increase her milk production! I've also learned that there are certain foods we can give to her that can help to increase her milk supply It will be a miracle if all of them make it!

And give Mom some brewers yeast sprinkled on her food.

Yes, she's a first timer and so are we...for rabbits anyway! That's what I told my husband...supply and demand! Thank you for the tip on the brewers yeast! I will have to pick up some when I'm in town tomorrow!

I was wondering/worried about those babies last night... that’s when I worry.. while I’m trying to sleep .... a friend of mine is an animal rehabber... I can ask where she gets the tiny nipples...
