Good morning all! I'm on my way to town this morning. I'm getting the Navigation screen replaced in my car & then getting another repair estimate for the tree damage. Hope you all have a great day!

On a fun note, my husband and oldest son bought me a new camera for my Birthday! It arrived yesterday afternoon. I can now get pictures of our Peacock. He's so beautiful. I will take some flock pictures with it tomorrow! We are driving over to the west side on Saturday to go to the zoo, so I can take pictures with it.
It has a steep learning curve, but I'm so ready to stretch my brain & learn!

I've wanted one for 30 years...so excited to finally have one. My thoughtful husband decided to finally get me one when he saw that I couldn't get good pictures of the Peacock. We ordered one a couple of steps down from this one and when my son saw it he told me to return it and he would pay the difference on this one!

We'll be staying the night on the west side & going out for some good food. I think Cheesecake Factory on Saturday & on Sunday we're going to a restaurant that makes Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), if you ever go into a Chinese restaurant & see them on the menu...try them, they are amazing!

Those pix are,,,,,,,,,,,FANTASTIC in sharpness and clarity of focus,,, and that is on auto mode..

Just think of all the neat things possible when you do manual options,,,, like focus on close ups,,, and background in haze.
