I think Texas A & M does a blood test for Marek's. Or you could have a necropsy done.

I just wanted to give an update on our sick chicken. We have been continuing to give her the collodial silver, she has been completely symptom free for over 2 full days now

. We have reintroduced her to the flock and she is doing well with the rest of them again even in the cold !

For how sick she was and how fast she was deteriorating I am amazed that not only it worked but also how fast it worked. If anyone is trying to figure out a way to treat Maerks symptoms in a chicken I would highly recommend trying the Collodial Silver!! It was a miracle for us and made us able to keep one of our "family members" from passing away from this horrible disease. The dosing is 1ml ~3 times a day and also adding some into their water.

You should give it at a day old. It's all about guaranteeing that they are not exposed to Marek's before the vaccine or at least 2 weeks after. It's hard to do if you have chickens.
