Do Partridge Rocks look like Rhode Island Reds sometimes?

They are not supposed to. Rocks have a different shape and the partridge rocks have a lacing called partridge.

These are only hatchery stock but the first image shows the pattern required on any "partridge" female.

Here is a Partridge Rock cockarel. He's a bantam but large fowl will look the same but bigger.

Heritage RIR Chicks look like this(these are mine)



Partridge Rock chicks look like this(from My Pet Chicken)



You can kind of see a pattern on them and their heads are kind of reddish. You will be able to tell them apart.

Ok thanks for the help! I too have Heritage Rhode Island Reds, so I was just wondering if they were much alike.
