Have you posted any pictures of Minky and Jasper's baby? If you haven't I sure would like to see.

Only way to get a Silver girl is if Jaz is Golden (carries one gold and one silver gene
genetics..) - and he looks too dark for that. Momma is Gold. "She" is Gold/Brown (Partridge) based and was yellow/brown as a chipmunk chick. I can already see some gold around "her" neck - but I hope that means girl. The gray underfluff is from the base - all Partridges are "suppoda" have that.
The ones that are Silver - are they more gray and white instead of brown and gold when first hatched? Your girl looks like she may have had some brown early on. I am SURE you have a picture of her as a very young chick, right?
I am sure glad that wide comb on her head doesn't denote boy - I have a Parti cross that has a really wide comb. I was wondering if I should sell it as a chick just in case it is a boy - but if that is a girl comb for a chick I guess I will take a chance and keep it. The black and two blues have narrow combs - but that Parti cross - wide band! I don't know what Jaz baby's comb looks like - it runs around too fast for me to study it very long. The other juvies in the pen like to chase it, those will be moved out just as soon as they get big enough to go with the "big boys" which is going to be soon if they don't leave fluffy alone!
