As mentioned by @pips&peeps, Oxine is a powerful disinfectant often used by chicken people that is effective against parvo. There is some very good info on it here:

It seems you may have to "activate" Oxine (by mixing in a little bit of citric acid crystals) to powerfully treat Parvo virus. Activated Oxine is supposed to be somewhat hazardous to breathe so a respirator is advised (though I personally don't worry much if the area isn't real enclosed), but once it dries it is VERY safe for animals & humans. Oxine is even used to disinfect drinking water for human use.
