Why haven't I seen a single guinea claim? I've been tempted by them a few times.

Same here. I am amazed at the prices people will pay for those loud creatures and nothing for pretty chickens. I am going to raise some just to sell.LOL! Okay, wasn't sure if it was the annoyance level or what. They sell extremely well here, but always though they were ugly and annoying.![]()
I hear they can be pretty noisy, are they?I want to kill ours at minimum 5 out of 7 days a week lolthey are all imprinted on me and follow me yelling![]()
Quote: a friend of mine has them and they drive me absolutely batty when I go over there....ugh!

They can be very loud if you have enough of them. I am on 68 acres so they have plenty of room to roam and I have 23 of them and my neighbor has maybe 15.... when they get together to fuss it is really loud.
NOW I have a neighbor (sort of) in the city that has some and seems to be OK with them and the houses are right on top of each other too. Not sure how she gets by with it, I know codes made someone get rid of their chickens.... she has those too.
They eat LOTS of BUGS that is why I have them. we are over run with ticks.
