Me too! My satin fizzle was laying so I put her with my Silkie roo and I decided I wanted to hatch some eggs to work on blue silkies , then she decided not to lay!

I haven't paired my birds yet, but just haven't gotten anymore eggs from them yet.
But I can see that as annoying too.

Started collecting eggs from Long's mother. She's the first to start laying again, which is convenient.

My first eggs for another project will be hatching in 7 days, so after they're out, the Malay eggs go in.

Maybe if she goes broody. But that is hard to predict. Not sure I'll be ready for hatching more eggs when she does though.

Collected Malay egg #3. Also, Long's mother was bred to my Splash Wheaten rooster this time. Still trying to get Goliath to breed her. If not, I'm gonna have to use AI.
