Peachicks - lice (help)

I've recently got 5 young peachicks (approximately 3 weeks old now) and I have recently noticed lice on them. Tomorrow I'm going to the pet store for lice spray but are there any other measures and things I can do to help them from now up until then +after then?

( because I've lost a turkey poult to bird lice (assumably from anemia) before and I really don't want to lose these beautiful little things. I can see the lice going up to their eyes and walking around and all I can do is watch up until tomorrow..)

I read that you could put vinegar and salt and warm water in a squirt bottle and spray it on your birds. It would at least help until tomorrow.
