I am from lahore as wellGapeworm is rare, but possible. Respiratory infections are much more common. If the tylosin does not help, it may be a virus, and Newcastles is fairly common in Pakistan. A BYC member from Lahore has dealt with it a few times and lost birds. Gapeworm can be treated with levamisole given over several days.
