Pearl is sick please help

My girl Pearl has been acting strange the past few days. She is very quite and much more layer back than usual. Usually when I feed my girls I run to the barn and they will all follow me running. However today Pearl stayed back and only ate a few bites of food when I brought it to her. I’m worried since recently (2 weeks ago) I lost my girl Misty for unexpected reason. What can I do? Right now she is squatting and looks like she is attempting to poop. Now an egg just plopped our and she seems fine. Sorry I’m typing this on my phone as it is happening. What just happened? (Sorry that this isn’t flowing right)

Just crushed corn. They are free range though and have access to woods and a field

I think you might want to consider feeding a complete balanced feed.
I think she is not getting a complete diet and you are now starting to see the problems that arise from not getting a complete diet.
