Hello! We integrated our six babies (about 10 weeks) in with our year old chickens on Sunday. They were doing really well but one seems to have gotten caught by a post and now has a big gash/ pecking hole? By on his head. We have cleaned it and added polysporin (with no antibiotics). Have added a photo from last night.
Today the bleeding has stopped and it seems to be hard. It that normal? Should we be covering or leaving open to heal better? Still add the polysporin? Added a picture to show wound.
