Peeling Boiled Eggs

If you don't have a steamer , put the cold eggs in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes . Remove from heat and allow to set and cool to room temperature while you do something else . Crack and peel all the way around the mid section making certain you get under the 2 membranes . The complete ends will mostly come loose easily in one piece . If you are late as most are and need to rush , use the same boiling technique but cool in cold water .
