Learned something new today...
... even young hens might molt in their first year!! I thought just the older ones.

Well, the head of the Sulmtaler breeding club checked out my birds last night. They are much better than I thought. 2 hens will not make the cut to be a breeder. 2 roosters will go as well. The rooster I thought would be my next No 1 rooster will only be a substitute!! Big changes in the rooster department. I will also keep 4 instead of the 2 or 3 I had planned.
They all would have made a "sg" at the show I was told... which is a "very good" Between 93 - 95 points... So I am really happy!

Great news @abpatchy!! Next year you could win a prize, if the shows aren't cancelled again. We now have to wear masks at work all the time, although up until now, not a single patient has had it it, nor any employees. Comes from head office though, so we have to comply.

Getting really tired of all this. The never ending virus it seems.

My Sister lives in Wales, UK and I am technically (both parents) Welsh, and she is planning a big Walton's (..yes her last name is fitting) Christmas for all the family. I will be really mad it they cut us off. The Welsh and their Christmas is sacred, if they pull a lockdown, there will be hell to play.
