Did I mention that I bought a new incubator? It's a larger Heka for about 130 eggs. I will use this one for incubating and the "old" one for hatching. It will make it easier since I am always under time pressure due to the immunization times. Crazy, I know! You don't have to tell me!!! hahaha
Aaaaaaand!!! I won a bag of feed from mifuma on instagram!! That is soooo cool! It arrived today and I am just tickled pink!

How do you like the quality of these birds? Any weird coloring?

They are definitely more to the standard. She already has the box like body and no bleed around the collar, the cockerels also have no bleeding out... So yes I am very happy with the results. The cockerels need to grow out, to see what their size will be...so I'll be waiting for that too.

I was able to pick up some lettuce last night for free. A lady a couple of towns over asked if anybody can use it. Enough for my chickens and the whole breeding club!!
