If the stuff in her mouth is more liquid than thick, sticky paste, I bet she has a raging case of sour crop that may even be complicated by being impacted.

Take a photo of her wide open mouth, and have someone hold it open so we can see exactly what's going on in there.

Does her crop feel extended and full?
Thick sticky paste

If you can get hold of copper sulfate (feed stores often carry it) you can treat the entire flock easily with it instead of the "zole". In fact. since canker is contagious this is a good idea.

Mix: 2 1/2 liters water with 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (Braggs) and 1 gram of copper sulfate. Never sprinkle the copper sulfate powder on chickens' food as the powder straight is poisonous.

This must be mixed fresh each day and given for four to seven days. If the chickens won't drink it, mix some cranberry juice into it for flavor they can't resist.

Treating with copper sulfate will also cure sour crop if the canker has gotten into the crop and started to cause mischief.

What exactly do you wish to know? How fast it can kill? How fast your other chickens are likely to come down with it?

I can say that the hen you've shown us on your thread is very, very sick, and she could die of asphyxiation very quickly unless you start right now to do something.
