Pekin/Cochin? Gender?

This is George, my 11 week old beauty.

New to chickens so don't know too much. I was thinking she was a girl but her comb has started to redden and I'm starting to see some little wattles.

Looking for people opinions on sex. And also what breed she is?

Thanks Johnny, fingers crossed she is. I'm thinking she might be gold birchen pekin - she came with a bunch of silkies so maybe has a bit of em in her. I'll update when she lays an egg!
