Hey guys so I am about to have 13 baby pekin ducklings hatch. I got this vitamin stuff offline that has 5000 niacin and I was wondering How much I should sprinkle on there food and How many times a day. Also How much chic grit should I put on their food and How many times and is it old to put the vitamin stuff and the grit on at the same time or no. Thanks

So the same ducky that got stuck in the water jug got stuck in her water dish. My husband was giving them food she got scared she went in the water dish, on her back and when she started wriggling she got stuck. My ducks are big. Whenever she gets scared she goes on her back kicking! She's done this about half a dozen times, I thought she was having a seizure at first yet she's fine once you flip her over or she manages to get upright herself. Why is she doing this? I know its not normal? Maybe I just have a weird duck. On a brighter note they are getting their adult feathers so now they have white all mixed in with their baby yellow and they are so soft, I love it! They are like little balls of fluff! So cute and cuddly! Even though they are enormous!!! Lol

But now I'm worried right after I posted that. Jojo started flipping n I could here bangind downstairs. Charlie was once again on her back except she wasn't wildly kicking, I flipped her over and she seemed fine yet she was shaking like she was scared. This time there was no human to be afraid of just her n Jojo. What is going on? Maybe he was trying to mate with her and she doesn't like it. They are only a month old, is that possible? I'm trying to think of possibilities, I'm getting worried!!!
