anyone got a remedy for a sinus infection that does not include doctors ???

Doctor Oz says use a nasal pot !

Helps prevent sinus infections too when used regularly,,, I know many that use them now,,, meds aren't that effective on sinus infections anyway, your sinused have low blood flow area,,,, and you don't want to take alot of antibiotics anyway since your body will build up a resistance.

thanks, made a trip to the store, bought lots of tea and trying the neti pot, really hate cold medicines though, good thing I do not get sick often........i went mainly to find the powdered thera flu that you drink but could not find it anywhere (I remember trying this last year at my daughters house and it seemed to really work )......got to get rid of this headache for interview in the morning...

I know what you mean. I lived through Hugo many years ago. We didn't get too much. Lots of wind and some rain. Could have been SO much worse!


So what do you make to take to the shows?

Make all kinds of hair bows and accesories for little girls- teens- adults!! Started making them for my daughter and now do it as a side job!!! But man does it consume so much of my spare time!! Like I am up now making flowers!! Ugh but it can be fun!
