Performance dogs

I read a lot about dogs and breeds, and like to spit out factoids. They have become one of my favorite breeds, so always reading on them.

They’re moving up on my list too! Lol I don’t know why I kinda eliminated them to begin with. I guess the gas or face wrinkles but Brew has the worst gas EVER so I’m prepared now

Updated dog sport info for me:


Finn is now training in trick dog, scent work, and rally, with hopes of using rally to bounce into obedience and eventually (by eventually I mean as one of my ultimate goals with him) get his Companion Dog in obedience. He currently has his TKN, and only needs three more tricks for his TKI. My goals with him for 2022 are to get his TKP, his CN (Container Novice in scentwork) and as learn as many Rally Novice signs as possible, and maybe start trialing in Rally at the very end of the year.

For junior handling, I'm currently handling a corgi and will hopefully be handling a clumber spaniel. I'm going to handle her at an upcoming show and I hope it will work out well.

I think I've found the right tracks to set him on, and he really loves everything that we're doing. I'm so excited to keep going with him!

Yep! I originally wanted to show Finn in juniors, but that was not working out, so now the corgi is my juniors dog as well as showing in breed, and I'm starting in other breeds as well.

I'd like to get into the top ten pembroke juniors, but what's annoying is that it's a breed with actual competition

At the moment the #10 pembroke junior has defeated 15 people, and I've defeated two

if I could get a reserve I could probably jump way up there
at my next show it will just be me and the only guy I've ever beat in my class, so I'll either beat him and at least be able to show in best, or not beat him (Unlikely) and have a shot at reserve
