One of my biggest pet peeves is when people allow their dogs to ride in the back of pickup trucks. I know many people think that it is just fine, cause their dog "won't jump out", but what happens if that truck has to stop suddenly, or if the truck gets hit by another car? Even dogs that are tied up, though a little better, still bug me. I've seen what happens to dogs that jump/fall out, or even ones that are tied up and drug. While I was a tech, we treated a dog that was drug from being tied up in the back of a truck and jumped or fell out. She literally filed her toes off all the way to the bone, on all four feet. She had to get agonizing bandage changes everyday. My husband travels alot, and he sees numerous dead dogs on the freeways all the time. You know they aren't coming from someones' house. We live in a small rural town, so of course, I see dogs in the back of trucks all the time. The killer has got to be the ones that are allowed to ride on top of the tool box, in the back of the truck. What are people thinking???
My other pet peeve is how cruel little kids can be to each other. Especially when they call other kids fat. That just breaks my heart.
