A few current shots of my flock...

The Golden Laced (what, I don't know) and the Brown Leghorn.

The New Hampshire Red and the Brown Leghorn.

Any idea which breed this golden laced pullet is? She was sold to me as a "Wyandotte" but by her comb, she is not. :)

That's a golden laced wyandotte. Even two show quality wyandottes will occasionally throw a single comb offspring. It happens. She is hatchery quality, and they're more likely to have a single comb. But, it's not a big deal.

Honestly, all of the hens you pictured look absolutely like girls to me. When people were saying your EE was a rooster, I was actually talking out loud to the computer, saying "EE roosters don't come in that color!! That's a girl!!!" and my kids were looking at me even weirder than usual.

Those eggs also look fertilized. No idea how that's possible.

A photo of my eggs so far this week. I can distinguish between the eggs as they are all consistent in size and have witnessed which ones were laying when.

I couldn't be more confused at why they look fertilized.

I have three eggs in my incubator to "see what happens". I will update if/when anything grows. Thanks for all the responses! You guys are awesome!

What on earth is impregnating your hens, then??

You're sure you don't have a neighbor with a curious rooster?
