Picked up my chicken and weird stuff came out

My 2 year old ISA Brown was sitting in the box at 3:30 which is vey unusual. She had her eyes closed. So I picked her up and this liquid came out her butt! I can’t tell if it’s egg matter or poop. It’s clear but has white streaks. This morning a shellless egg was laid in her coop(but I think by my chicken with ascites) please help. It looks almost like mucus.

She didn’t lay yesterday(but spent time in the box) and she hasn’t laid today.

That almost looks like egg whites.
