Pics of Lester & Lucas for lavender orp project

um I am not sure what is even happening and what the point of conflict is! but I still maintain that the birds are beautiful and that Jody & Charlie are doing a great job !
I hope you guys don't let this discourage you and keep us updated!

Thanks,

Forgot to add, that I am very appreciative of you sharing the pictures and progress of what you are working on.

I'm starting to work on a color project myself, and it is helpful to see your progress and remind myself that it takes lots of time and patience.

I love the color! I have a blue Araucana (pet quality as it has tail feathers) but I love it just the same. Some day I would love to have some show quality blues and lavenders but it will be a long ways off for me.

Beautiful birds of course all of your birds are quite nice. I really love lavendar and an orpington just seems like it would look right in that color. Hope to see more of them in future.

One hen to give you an update on is a little buff silkie that kept sitting for you. Well, she has 6 three to four week old cohin chicks around her. She sure likes being a momma.

Keep the pictures coming on them orpingtons.

Fred

They really look good, Jody and Charlie. People work for years and years on projects of this sort, never even hinting at what they are doing. I understand holding cards close to the vest till you are ready to really unveil a perfected product. We are very fortunate that you have shown us what you have so far. Thanks so much. And just remember your bestest pal down in Georgia, hint, hint....

Lester and my Splash Orp from Speckled would make wonderful babies together.
Hmmm, hey Jody, can I drop her off for a few weeks? She's good for 5 to 6 eggs
a week and has no mature roos in her flock. She's laying dudds.
