(PICS@POST #1)Starting a dozen eggs Sunday, Oct 2...any joiners?

Just a little update now that it is so close! 7 of my 8 buff orp eggs that I set were totally clear and wattery..(shipped eggs from ebay, I shouldda known better) and my 2 paint eggs are still going. I woke up this morning at 6 am because I could have sworn I heard a peep but thought naaaa your just anxous...and low and behold, there it was again at 6:30! I shined the flashlight in and no pipps yet but someone is pipped internally! So tomorrow is the big (not so big) hatch day. LOL

Three have hatched here and it's only day 20. I have 7 more that have pipped and want to come out nut are taking their time. So out of 31 eggs that made it to lock down 10 so far are actively hatching. Totally exciting.

I have a pip on one of my paint eggs and 1 partridge silkie egg. I Have 1 more paint egg I am waiting on and I think 3 more buff and partridge silkie eggs. Only time will tell. JEN

I only ended up with two eggs in lockdown for today to hatch. 2:30 pm will be 21 days exact. I have Cj s beautiful eggs to look forward too though. Hers are looking really good

Melissa Rose - I only had two out of 10 hatch, but they are still so worth it!! I have some other eggs too that are looking more hopeful than the last batch.

jenlynn4 - Sorry about your buff orps, but at least you still have those paint's to look forward to!! Don't mind me, but I am going to be just a little jealous!

LilyD - Sounds like you are having great success.

Congrats everyone! So excited for all of you! Don't forget to post pictures if you can!!

Day 20 for me starts at 7:00 pm. I have 3 eggs pipping already out of 7 in lockdown.

I now have 2 paint eggs 1 partridge and 1 buff pipped. There are 2 more buff or part. eggs and 1 more paint egg...I thought there were only 2 paint then I went back and saw that I posted 3 originally so I shined the light in again and found the 3rd egg with tomorrows hatch date on it. I have other eggs in the bator that are due to hatch thursday also. I am at work right now and its killing me! I cant wait to get home to see if I have any more action going on. I have about 20 orpington eggs due thursday though.
