Sometimes that's a blessing. One of my bantam mama girls has taught her babies to eat from my hand. They are so friendly that I have to watch every step I take.

I had a brooder-raised batch last October who were so friendly that I could barely walk in the coop once they were integrated -- and I hadn't even spent much time on socialization.

Seti, who will be my new flockmaster once I sell Rameses, is from that batch.

One of my first hatchling from my flock.. 1/2 Light Brahma x Black Jersey Giant.. I named her Blackberry.. she has a few white feather speckling on top of her head and minor white ("leakage"?) On her chest.. so sweet and lovable at 11 weeks..
