Can you post some pix of your current birds,??? Would like to see what is going on at the "Dragon Loft"
Also would like to see this thread alive, like it used to be before. If it is at the recent threads position, there are many new pigeon fanciers joining that would possibly like to contribute here.
Not to mention all the info loaded that the newbies can benefit from just reading.
I like to scan recent threads, and offer solutions to things that I have knowledge in.
I just replied to a pigeon posting within an hour.

An interesting article I ran across,,,, about pigeons recognizing faces.
It explains how feral pigeons know who is good to them.
It could also apply to an individual treating his own pigeons in a bad way. and possible outcomes from that type of treatment.
