My pigeon has multiple nodules over the beak and the surrounding the eyes. They are of variable size. It cannot fly but can walk well.Is it a pox or what? How this condition can be treated?

Welcome to BYC, sorry your pigeon is sick. That does look like it could be pox. Where do you live?
@CCUK has pigeons too, maybe he can offer some advice. If the pigeon is not eating and drinking you need to tube feed it.

I'm pretty sure this.little guy has a bad case of dry pox. If he can eat and drink he may recover. I don't know of any treatment. It is caused by a virus I believe.
If he cannot eat on his own tube feeding will be needed.
