It's a bit of a shock but shouldn't really hurt.

I read the post. There's no need to be so rude. OP said he was doing better with his fear, so I was just mentioning it as an option. And he clearly no longer hates birds if he's wanting the others to stay around.

You don't even know that he has any family that are willing/able to help him. What's he supposed to do if he's alone? Maybe you should suggest what he should do to handle the problem on his own.

Because pigeons, feral or not, are very social and stay together in a flock, if you are dealing with a feral group, clearly you have less control over what members join the flock than if you keep pigeons in a loft. I have some very aggressive cock birds in my loft. The one I had to hand feed after he was abandoned by his parents is probably the most 'bitey'. He also tries to dominate me and I just don't let him. He is much smaller than me and simply has an exaggerated sense of his own power.
But I digress lol ....
To your point-
There is no simple easy answer to your question except to cull(kill) the unwanted bird. If you still hate birds a little bit then perhaps that is your choice. I suspect that learning more about pigeons through research(there is so much available on YT or just google your question.) might be a more satisfying answer for you. The more you know about them, the more you will understand and admire their behavior and the less you will fear them.

There is always one or two dominate birds in a flock. Try trapping the pigeon and caging it for a day or so to show "Your Dominance" over the bird this sometimes helps.

Add the use of a fly swatter to this. It won't injure him, but should teach respect.

This bird just started coming around....... He was never with with them before a few days ago.... The others are very Cool for the past 3months Now this brand new one that just stopped by is not being pleasant ..... I like the others now but not the VERY NEW ONE

Unfortunately as these birds are either wild or feral they will come and go as they please. As you are feeding them they will continue to come and as likely as has happened more will inevitably come too when they realise there is a free meal to be had. If you enjoy feeding them then you will have to accept that this one pigeon is not as enjoyable as the others. If it is physically chasing you then you will have to shoo it away. You can swat it or give it a short squirt with a hose or water pistol. If it learns that everytime it comes for you it gets a face full of water it will soon learn to stay away from you. If you can trap it into a cage then you could take it for a trip and release it somewhere away from your home but likely it will return as that's what pigeons do, mostly.
