Pigeon is sick, please help

I just noticed my pigeon is making weird noises. When we first got him i heard him sneezing a lot but I posted about it on facebook and they said not to give antibiotics. This most definitely sounds respiratory though. Can anyone confirm and have any medicine recommendations with dosages?

I've watched your video, but hear nothing. From what I can see e/she looks quite alert. How long have you had this bird? I do believe in antibiotics when they're needed. I use a product called Medion, a broad spectrum therapeutic agent, which can be bought online.

However, meds should never be used unless you're sure there's a problem. If you haven't had pigeons long have an experienced pigeon owner look him/her over. Posting another video showing the entire bird could also be helpful. Describe the sound as completely as you can.
