When you reply to a thread the box comes up that you write in. There is several different options at the top for pictures, smileys, font type/size etc. that is the browser. You can do different things with your reply. I don't normally use it aprt from to make a standard reply.

you wouldn't think a chicken site would be so cunfusing! But I think it's all the little boxes over when you reply to a question or anything.

I think it's called a toolbar not a browser. If you click on the box with the + it brings down another selection I didn't know was there. That is where the spoiler option is.
