Excellent! I think the weights of your squabs is probably a better reference than mine.Right just got back and went straight out to the loft! I usually do this anyway! Both rings had come off the squidgies so I replaced them. I haven't named them yet so at the moment they shall be known as #41 & #42. They hatched last Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday day. So 5-6 days old.
Here is #41 coming in at 52g.Here is #42 also coming in at 52g.![]()

Aww, sorry about your pain. But it sure looks good! You did an awesome job!I’m taking a break while the guys keep going. I did all of this by myself.
Then the baby woke up and mama sent out the house full of sleeping men to go to work.
My fibromyalgia is flaring up today and I’m having a really hard time. Took me four hours to get three piece of plywood cut and up. Including the measuring and what not of the lumber.
Now my head is screaming. My back is throbbing. My everything is painful. I needed a sit down.

Thanks!We won't complain.
Mine are double what yours were but you said yours were small. As well I think being fed by the parents at this age does make all the difference. I do still think mine are small though. The last time I ringed some at the same age there was no way the ring was coming off. I'll have to keep an eye on them.Excellent! From what I remember, mine was about half the size of the person I was comparing notes with, so if anyone wants to use my number as a reference I would say to use them as the very low end of normal.Mine are double what yours were but you said yours were small. Why not eat them? And when I cleaned them out yesterday I emptied, cleaned and replaced the 'abandoned' nest bowls. I have just removed two eggs from different bowls and replaced with the plastics!I wish there was a market for pigeon eggs I have disposed of 10 now and it's only halfway through March!
Its lookin great! Sorry you're hurting...not fun indeed .I’m taking a break while the guys keep going. I did all of this by myself.

Not for me! I'm sure they would be perfectly OK but I'd rather have my chicken eggs! I should boil them up and give them to the chickens really, they would love them! Why not eat them?![]()
