Pigeon Talk

That's a good bit of record keeping:thumbsup. So going by that mine should be anywhere between 21-25gr.
if I remember correctly, there were two of us hand feeding and mine were much smaller, so if using my numbers it might be best to think of them as lower end numbers.

If he is aggressive enough that you are worried your other bird will get injured, separate them. Keep us posted!
I'm not sure if I'm terribly worried about it coming to that, I'm more worried about him not getting enough food. The loft is big enough that he can get out of his sight but sometimes that isn't enough I guess.
Blackjack is not the father? If he's not, I do think I'd separate him.
Sorry, they don't really all have names so I understand the confusion. I'm down to two cocks, Cock 1 (Blackjack, dominant bird) and Cock 2. Cock 1 has taken a liking to the only hen and has been chasing Cock 2 away from her and has claimed the entire floor of the loft. Cock 1 has been trying to pair with the hen, she might not be old enough as they are all around 6 months but Cock 1 is older than either Cock 2 or the hen.
There is no father (yet) but if eggs were laid Cock 1 would be the father. Cock 2 does not instigate with Cock 1 at all, thankfully. It's pretty one sided

Right just got back and went straight out to the loft! I usually do this anyway! Both rings had come off the squidgies so I replaced them. I haven't named them yet so at the moment they shall be known as #41 & #42. They hatched last Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday day. So 5-6 days old.
Here is #41 coming in at 52g.

Here is #42 also coming in at 52g.

So they are growing at an even pace.

I just realised that I posted the same picture of the same squidge. #41 is the attached picture at the bottom.
