Can you get 4in1 or better still 7in1? They clear up a range of the more common ailments that pigeons get like canker, mites, cocci, worms and a few other things. They are both a good all rounder. If you can diagnose a specific problem it would be best to treat it individually but I would definately recommend giving them a course of either one.
Eta. Also if there diet is to rich in oily seeds like linseed or rapeseed that can also cause watery/oily pooh.

I'll order it right away, though it might not arrive before I'm gone for a few days.
On another note, the squabs are already able/willing to eat by themselves.
