I just wish that my pigeon magnet would bring my three missing birds back. The guy from Lincoln is a really nice guy. He wants to stay in touch also. I joked and said that he may be phoning me in a couple of weeks saying MY bird is in his loft! At least it's not too far!

Frodo was much more eager to eat this morning and his demeanor has greatly improved.
I'm going to keep treating him but it seems like I nipped whatever he had in the bud.

That looks like it will make a good loft. A few modifications and it will be great!

No. Its the one that came from Lincoln. The guy came to pick it up and had flown it successfully a number of times since. This morning it was released from Maidstone which is on the south coast. It flew 155 miles to mine! Which is further north than Lincoln! Anyway, I called the guy and he has let me keep it! Its a 2018 hen which is great as I'm low on hens! She is also a pedigree. I offered to pay and he declined. He will send me the transfer and pedigree!

that sounds like a very good, honost pigeon fancier. And to go the extra mile for the papers to be transferred.

I wish your birds would come back to, but if all my birds came back I would need the new loft tomorrow! Anyways, the three missing makes room for all three of your new birds to have one clutch, right?

Actually I was reading about their genetics. They are not classics frills, but probably have some in their background. I think they are a bit larger, and more tall and slender overall, than the frills. The breeding is quite interesting.
