Hello all! Sorry I’ve been absent. Just been super busy.
I enjoyed the Rosie and Olive story while catching up.
CCUK needs to update us on the loft build. Looking good so far!
Bio, your two little ones are looking good!

Was watching the birds yesterday and I really love the look of Egan (Trip/Rocky offspring) now 13 weeks old. Looking pretty feminine?

Hey all!
I am super behind and no time to catch up today..again...
But I wanted to tell you all ... Alice laid her first egg night before last!
Waiting for the second now..
And Ralph is being a great partner!
Norton is just trying to keep away from Ralph.. he's being a little overprotective of Alice and their egg.. i think. Hes not being nasty to Norton just keeping him away..I hope thats it anyway..
I hope all is well with you all and your birds! I will stop in again as soon as I can.. Miss you all!

Very good looking! I like the looks of (her?) Too! I think it is a hen.

No it didnt! She has always been determined to nest in my loft, and that trait has carried on!

I didn't have a chance to stop in again yesterday and Im heading out to sit with mom in a few minutes. But I wanted to let you all know.. should have squeakers before long!

Rosie and Olive mated today while out of the cage, or attempted to. Rosie got on, flapped his/her wings and Olive turned her tail to the side but I don't believe they finished the act because Rosie fell off!

Another sign toward male. S/he hasn't fed Olive yet but S/he is much more vocal and sometimes courts her, and also courts his/her own reflection. On the other side of the coin, sometimes Rosie crouches to be mounted his/herself, his/her pelvic area feels the same, and Rosie doesn't have any interest in adding sticks to their nest.
