Alright protein content is 22% in kaytee. So I may do chick starter or game bird show bird. @biophiliac have you found out if it's medicated or not? I can't seem to find out.

I don't think you want "medicated" but I found this regarding Kaytee exact...

...Those first three items I believe are good for the digestive health of a baby who is not getting real crop milk. It also has Omega 3 fatty acids.

I would consider using it at the very beginning, ie the crop milk period, then switch to the gamebird gruel after a week or 10 days. It's fairly cheap.

Alright, I'll candle at a week and if they are developing I'll order some. How much would be needed for 2 squab for a week?

Your guess is as good as mine (probably better!). I would guess so, since both parents have pretty nice lacing.

Yes, I actually saw her eating by herself today, plus they are still helping her.

Oh yea, flapping up a storm, especially when I go to pick her up and lift her out. She flaps pretty well. I’ll try to get a wing span pic tomorrow. It’s pretty awesome looking.

Oh, I heard from the guy with the other Satinettes, he got cleared to go back to his loft, so he is supposed to send me some more pics. Maybe I’ll get up there to get more birds within the next couple of weeks.

I prob should. I've tested the accuracy on the baters one and it's spot on. But I'll stick another one in to be safe. Thanks!
